Fallen Media ("we", "us", "our") is an automotive and motorcycle media business based in New South Wales, Australia. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, and how you can get it removed.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. What we collect

When you enquire about a shoot. Your name, email address, phone number, the type of shoot you are after, your rough timing, and whatever you write in the message.

When you leave feedback. Your name, your star rating, your comments, and your email address if you choose to give one. The email field is optional.

Automatically. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard request information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visited. We use this to keep the site running and to stop abuse. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

2. Reviews shown on this site

Feedback you send is not published automatically. It arrives privately and stays hidden until we choose to publish it.

If we do publish your review, the page shows your name, your star rating and your comments. Your email address is never shown, and we do not pass it to anyone.

If you would rather your review was not shown, or you want it taken down after the fact, email us and we will remove it.

3. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a shoot.
To improve how we work, based on what people tell us.
To show reviews on this site, where the person has left one and we have published it.
To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site work:

Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores enquiries and feedback.
Google, if you book a time through the calendar on our booking page. Your booking details go into our diary and a confirmation goes to your email.
Mach One Management, who built and maintain this website and may see enquiries in the course of supporting it.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it.

5. Where it is stored

Enquiries and feedback are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare operates globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside Australia. Any media you send us is stored in a Cloudflare bucket located in the Oceania region.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may need them for the work, and for our own records afterwards. Published reviews stay up until you or we remove them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiries and feedback is behind a password, and passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will sort it out. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
